Pathways+ is a national digital directory that showcases initiatives supporting women in manufacturing. It was developed by the Manufacturing Industry Skills Alliance to improve visibility, coordination and access to programs that help women enter, remain and progress in manufacturing careers. Initiatives were identified through a national literature review, stakeholder interviews and sector mapping undertaken by the Manufacturing Industry Skills Alliance in 2025.

  • Industry bodies and peak organisations

  • Community organisations

  • Women interested in manufacturing careers

No. Pathways+ is not a funding program and does not provide financial support. It is a visibility and connection platform that helps users identify relevant programs and initiatives already operating across the sector.

Yes. Organisations can contact the Manufacturing Industry Skills Alliance to request inclusion. Submissions are reviewed to ensure alignment with the purpose and scope of Pathways+

No. Pathways+ is freely accessible via the Manufacturing Alliance website.
